DATA LEDGERPrivacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This page explains what Lumen may store to operate as a Discord bot.
Information Lumen may store
Lumen may store Discord IDs and configuration needed for bot features, such as guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, user IDs, ticket settings, welcome settings, moderation logs, leveling data, economy balances, inventory data, Twitch alert settings, and module preferences.
Why data is stored
Data is stored so Lumen can remember server configuration, run tickets, assign roles, track XP, manage economy features, keep staff logs, announce streams, and operate per-server settings.
What Lumen does not do
Lumen does not sell personal data, does not ask for Discord passwords, and does not require payment information through the bot.
Ticket and moderation content
Ticket transcripts, moderation reasons, and staff logs may contain content created by server members or staff. Server administrators are responsible for how that information is configured, retained, and shared inside their server.
Data removal
Server owners or authorized staff can request removal of server-related bot data. Some data may also be removed by disabling modules or deleting configuration where commands provide that option.
